Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the commercial relationship between TerraBleu and its customers in the context of quote requests and orders for Mediterranean food products. Any quote request implies full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Products & Availability
The products offered are Mediterranean food products (olive oil, dates, fruits & vegetables, fine groceries and gift boxes). Availability is indicative and may vary. TerraBleu reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of out-of-stock.
3. Pricing & Quotes
The TerraBleu website operates on a quote-request basis. Final prices are communicated by email within 24 working hours of receiving the request. All prices are expressed in euros inclusive of tax. TerraBleu reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
4. Order & Confirmation
An order is only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from TerraBleu and agreed full or partial payment. TerraBleu confirms all orders by email summary within 24 working hours.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made to mainland France via our partner carriers. Delivery times and costs are specified in the quote. TerraBleu cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
6. Claims & Returns
Any complaint must be submitted by email to contact@terrableu.fr within 48 hours of receiving the order. In the case of a defective or non-conforming product, TerraBleu undertakes to replace or refund.
7. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of TerraBleu's registered office.
