Tunisia is one of the world's leading date exporters, and its southern oases — Tozeur, Nefta, Kébili — produce exceptional varieties. Deglet Nour ('finger of light') is the most iconic: translucent, fleshy, delicately sweet, GlobalGAP certified and exported to over 60 countries. Allig and Khouat Allig are semi-dry dates with a more pronounced flavour, ideal for pastry and everyday eating. All our dates are harvested at peak ripeness, sorted and packed without additives or preservatives to deliver the full authenticity of the Tunisian terroir.
