Olive Oil
Tunisia is the world's 4th largest olive oil producer and TerraBleu is one of its finest ambassadors. Across our 20 hectares of GlobalGAP-certified olive groves in Jedaida, we cultivate four varieties — hand-picked at véraison. Cold extraction occurs within 24 hours of harvest to preserve all polyphenols, antioxidants and aromas.

Olive growing has been at the heart of our activity. TerraBleu has selected the finest Mediterranean varieties: Arbequina, Arbosana, Koroneiki, Chetoui and Chemlali. All our olive groves come from our own nursery.
