Vegetables & Terroir

Tunisia offers a diversity of exceptional vegetables thanks to its Mediterranean climate and fertile lands. Purple artichokes from Cap Bon are tender and flavorful, grown in the rich coastal soils. Red and green peppers from Sfax and Kairouan are marinated in olive oil with aromatic herbs. Tomatoes traditionally sun-dried in Sfax are an essential ingredient in Mediterranean cooking. Carrots from northern Tunisia, sweet and crunchy, are rich in beta-carotene. All our vegetables are prepared with our extra virgin olive oil and without artificial preservatives.
